Personal fluency

It is the upper layer of fluency specific to you as an individual. In addition to Basic Fluency, you also know words that have to do with your lifestyle, ,job, country, or general interests. For example, if you are a biologist and you need a second language specific to your work. If you are interested in art and history you will know specific words related to your interests that others might not know. It is your unique vocabulary and that’s why it is called “personal” fluency. Generally, it corresponds to a level which is a bit higher than B2 (between B2 and C1 but more towards B2)
